The Decree explains that it is possible to prepare a decoction (starting from cold water) of the product and take the preparation only after 15 minutes of boiling with the lid on. Indicatively, the ratio should be that of 500 mg of cannabis per 500 ml of water. However, through a preparation of this type THC and CBD are not decarboxylated, i.e. the right conversion of THCA and CBDA into THC and CBD does not take place.
