Saturated fats are much more stable than unsaturated fats. This means they are less susceptible to temperature changes and damage from light exposure. If you prefer to leave your CBD products where you can see them, olive oil is the best option, as it will maintain its integrity for longer; And by having your CBD product readily available, you’re less likely to forget to take it. If storing your health supplements properly is no problem for you, choose hemp seed oil.
