CBD info

These tasty dipping sauces are a healthy and delicious way to incorporate CBD into your daily routine. They are easy to make and they taste better than any other sauce you can buy in your regular supermarket. Combine them with your favorite chips or, if you are controlling calories, you can accompany them with fresh vegetables or chopped fruit.

Before you start: adjust the dose of CBD to meet your personal needs. These recipes include a standard 15mg dose of a 4% CBD oil. This could be more or less what you need. You can easily adjust the dosage of these recipes by changing the amount of CBD oil used in each recipe based on the daily dosage you usually take.
